60 Degree Weather Interrupts January

After three 2 hour delays and one cancellation due to cold weather, January has lived up to its regular reputation as cold and snowy. But on Monday, January 22nd, most of the snow has melted from a burst of spring weather.

Mr. Wolfe brought his 8th-period class outside where just last Friday there was still a layer of snow and ice.

The warm weather allowed construction to continue on the large group instruction room. Colder weather earlier in the month created an occasional obstacle, including under 45-degree temperatures within the classrooms along the “sunshine hallway”
