Galleries Hallway Gets New Faces

Getting ready for the Art Show on Tuesday, April 24th, iconic faces from throughout the ages were hung along the hallway once used by a student Warhol Galleries group to display pop divas.

Here are the new icons along the hallway: Frida Kahlo, Albert Einstein, Maya Angelou, Stephen Hawking, Marie Curie, Keith Haring, Mahatma Gandhi, Galileo, and Dr. Martin Luther King.

The icons fill up the space left empty after the refresh of colors and design in February 2018

Another earlier Galleries project placed 2010’s celebrities like Justin Bieber, Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan alongside past Valedictorians in the hallway between the Counseling Office and the Nurses office

Miley Cyrus was one of multiple pop divas selected by an earlier group of Warhol Galleries Project student artists to place where the pictures of Dr. King, Frida Kahlo, and others now hang.

Kesha, pictured above left, was also another of the multiple Divas previously on the wall.
