Students enjoyed the 2022 Prom at PPG Aquarium on Friday, March 13th. Tickets were above $65.
6 years after the last AHS prom at this location, attendees enjoyed sophomore Zayla Zimmerly joining for a while as DJ for the music of the night. A Mac and Cheese bar, salad, Chinese noodles/pastas were available and labeled clearly for any possible allergy issues.
One option at Prom: Blackjack. This group of juniors and seniors enjoyed class and style.Seniors Garrett Bouvy and Anna Neiss enjoy some time together on the first floor by the dance floor. An upper balcony also contained seats and spaces.
An overhead view of a mix of juniors and members of the Class of 2022 celebrate Prom without the COVID restrictions or adjustments like in 2021 or the total cancellation of the event to be held at The Prior in spring 2020. Outside of an altercation between two students towards the end of the evening, students enjoyed the in-person, indoor event very much.
