Grace Horigan, pictured above with Director Mrs. Frauenholz, accepted the Best Costume Award at the Benedum Center in downtown Pittsburgh on Saturday, May 28th, on behalf of the students and community members who collaborated on costume design for The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Horigan emphasized that a number of the community members are from her extended family, so costume work was “like a family reunion.” The additional community members assisting with costume design also include alumni and longtime AHS Theatre community supporters, as well as students giving small assistance on top of acting in the musical.
