June 3rd, 2022 featured the first ever SHOUT event “Last Day of School Thon”, which raised over $70 for Feeding America. Movies, Esports and Board Games, and a Trench Warfare simulation were the options across rooms throughout the high school. Mod H featured a Knockout game of select staff versus students to end the school year.
Mod B: Kick-off event in the auditorium for grades 9-11: a guest speaker on Indigenous Culture and viewpoints about culture in 2022.

Mod C/D: Board Games in the library, sponsored primarily by Mr Tena (with gaming bag) and Mr Cario. Board Games included Codenames , pictured below played with various 10th and 11th grade students pictured below. Esports in Mr Jackson’s room and Mr Mancini’s rooms also were offered. Students who didn’t want to watch movies or play games or go to the gym could choose time in the cafes for a study hall, pictured below.
Mod E was a regular lunch, where students ate, shared time, or enjoyed the 70 degree sunny weather and enjoyed outside activities like spikeball.
Mod F/G continued activities in the gym, PM movies in Mrs James Mac Lab, and a special modified activity of former AHS Social Studies teacher Mr. Boggess’s classic simulation, Trench Warfare.
Mod H ended the 21-22 school year in the HS gym for Knockout (students vs. staff) before the teachers gathered outside to wave goodbye as students took one final bus ride home.
