New Counseling Offices Open on National School Counselor Week

Starting the first week of February, Mr. Como, Mrs. Levis, and new Future Ready Coordinator Dr. Lisa Maloney (along with secretary Mrs. Sundo) made the move from between the cafe’s to right near the new front entrance to the school.

Part of the special week includes the College Fair field trip for Juniors on Wednesday. 

Mrs. Sundo’s desk, (pictured right) and a new seating area for students and parents waiting to meet with councelors in the new large office room or one of the four other individual offices for each of the counselors. The school resource officer and school therapists do not have a designated office in the new space, a smaller footprint compared to the prior space.

 The prior offices, pictured below, will be converted over the summer. Originally planned for use as an LGI-style room, plans continue to change and evolve based on a variety of needs.
