Due to a newly added Wellness Policy, the Journalism 1 class celebrated the traditional Core News Values party a bit differently.
Pre-portioned treats, following the calory counts outlined within the USDA Smart Snacks In School May 2022 guidelines, were set out in the pub lab prior to the party to avoid a key aspect of the policy about no shared classroom snacks. Screenshot below is accessible here.
