If you were timing your chance for tickets at PPG for Sabrina Carpenter’s show on March 4th, you ran into the same problems once again.
The backlash was so loud and angry that Michigan politicians tried to take action, “Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel would be allowed to pursue legal action against people using bots to snag tickets, and a fine of up to $5,000 would be imposed for each fraudulently purchased ticket.” (CBS News). Currently, similar ticket apps like Stub Hub, and Seat Geek, work well at this time when looking for an alternative.
Upcoming concerts like Tate McRae, the Lumineers, and country artist Ty Myers have experienced similar experiences with the Pittsburgh Ticketmaster rush and inflated prices due to bot technology.
