Escaping the cold of Pittsburgh and going down south to sunny Florida is something that everyone wishes they could do during a record-breaking February snowstorm. Luckily for me, I got to do that exact thing, because for an 18th birthday gift, my parents surprised me with a trip down to Florida to watch The Bay Golf Club take on Los Angeles Golf Club on February 9th, and safe to say it did not disappoint.

The outside entertainment apart from the actual match was great. They had two closest to the pin challenges on golf simulators. An in stadium scavenger hunt where you then get a random item, and a nice pro shop where fans can buy merch for the 6 different teams.
Photos of what you described
The actual match however was really fun to watch. TGL’s whole things is making golf more fun, so that means playing music while guys are swinging, fan cams, and fan zones for each of the teams.

A special highlight I got to sit in the LA Golf Club fan zone and got a foam finger.
And the players enjoy the music with videos online of PGA Tour winner Tony Finau hitting the dougie dance.
Players also pick their walk up music so it creates comfort for the player. The Bay Golf Club won 11-5 with the highlight of the night coming from Pittsburgh’s finest, Neal Shipley, recording the first ever TGL Hole-in-one.

After that moment it felt like the Bay couldn’t be stopped and they were making a ton of great putts and the LA Golf Club played pretty good I thought but the Bay just played that much better. But the overall experience of everything was great. From the match to the entertainment to the music and everything else, it was so much fun and would definitely like to go to another match.
