For Junior Class sponsors Mrs. Caviliere and Mr. Nolan, as well as class officers Isabelle Pecosh, Elana Van Mater, Santiago Angelelli, and Harrison McAfee, the week of the carnival involves many steps of setup to make a successful fundraiser happen.
Pictured below are the festival tables and prizes for the night’s carnival, starting at 5 PM on Friday, May 15th. Mrs. Cav primarily handled many afterschool hours with moving items and setup, and the day of includes many volunteers helping with organization and setup.

The morning announcements through the week read as follows:
The 2026 Junior Carnival will take place on Friday, May 15th from 5 to 8 PM. This is the 5th carnival, held for the junior class to raise funds for senior year homecoming and prom.
Please join us at the Junior Carnival on Friday, May 15, from 5:00-8:30 PM. There will be food trucks, unlimited games, a dunk tank, and more! Check your email for more information on cheaper presale tickets or stop by Ms. Cav’s Room (501).
In the five months event planning takes, from December to May, preparation is handled mostly by Mrs. Cavalier and the Junior Class Officers, Isabelle Pecosh, Elana Van Mater, Santiago Angelelli, and Harrison McAfee. Class-heads coordinate to test and pick games and their prizes. The sponsors schedule for and handle deposits and purchases for the event.
Mrs. Cav estimates around 300 people will come. There will be inflatable games like soccer, axe-throwing, and more. The dunk tank will be back for you to take Mr. Mancini and Mrs. Chester for a plunge.
If that isn’t for you, then there will be a coffee truck, a taco truck, and a DJ truck.
In the back parking lot of AHS, find an evening of fun with your friends and family. For just $12, you can support the junior class and play unlimited games, and leave with a guaranteed prize.
