Members of the class of 2026 had the Avonews Senior Edition a little earlier in 2026 compared to past years, as staff and advisor Mr. Tuffiash distributed copies on Wednesday, May 27th during LEAD and through senior English classes.
Overcoming both a failing Mac desktop and HP laptop before a badly needed upgrade to a new laptop in late January, the 2025-2026 staff still published two physical editions along with distributing submitted articles through Avonews Instagram and this website.
Co editors Caroline Boothby and Pedro Moreira displayed the increasingly traditional thumbs down for Avonews staff in the face of failing technology from September to January, pictured below in the “pub lab” area at the side of room 530 where Mr. Tuffiash primarily teachers, along with a Mod I section of Freshman seminar taught by Dr. George.
