October 2026 in Pittsburgh set a record for the highest number of days in the 60s or higher during October, with 28 to 30 days reaching at least 60°F. The Journalism 1 students took advantage of the mild weather to capture fall photographs pictured below.
October also marked a return of the Neon theme for the fall pep rally, and also marked the loss of two legends in the Pittsburgh area – Mr. Tom Steiner throughout the North Hills and Donnie Iris.
