2. Making a Murderer: Part 2

 

Making A murderer made it to number 2 on Netflix’s most binged watched show in 2018. It is a thrilling story about a man being exonerated after spending 18 years in prison.

 

 

3. 13 Reasons Why: Season 2

 

13 reasons why had a controversial first season, but it was still brought back for a second season. Clearly, people were interested in seeing the next parts of the story. So much that it became the number 3 most binge-watched tv show.

 

 

4. Last Chance U: INDY

 

Last Chance U is for the people who love sports. Last Chance U: INDY is the fourth season to the show that started in 2016. Its first season explores the lives of East Mississippi Community College’s football program members.

 

 

5. Bodyguard

 

Bodyguard is a crime drama that has 6 episodes in the first season. It is about a war veteran who helped prevent a terrorist attack. He was then assigned to protect a politician, it is revealed that the politician was the main proponent of the terrorist attack that he tried to prevent.

 

6. Fastest Car

 

 

Fastest Car is a show on Netflix that was released in April of 2018. It is about drivers of supercars that put their reputation on the line by going against good racers that enhance their cars greatly.

 

7. The Haunting of Hill House

 

 

This series is a modern remake of the Shirley Jackson Novel. The show follows the lives of the Crain children growing up in an evil house. The show flips between the past and the present constantly leaving any watcher in anticipation. The Haunting of the Hill House shows this broken family on their path back to each other.

 

8. Anne with an E: Season 2

 

 

This show follows the life of the orphan Anne trying to fit into a world she thinks she doesn’t belong in. Anne lives in Green Gables with the Cuthberts, who are her adoptive parents. Anne throughout the show deals with acceptance and love.

 

9. Insatiable

 

 

Insatiable is a Netflix series starring Debby Ryan from Disney Channel’s Jessie. The inspiration for the series came from a New York Times article called “The Pageant King of Alabama”. This series is about revenge and beauty.

 

10. Orange Is the New Black: Season 6

 

 

Piper Chapman was a public relations executive with a good career and a fiance before he past catches up with her.  While in her 30s she is sentenced to stay in a medium-security prison because 10 years prior she was associated with a drug runner. The show follows her and the adjustments she makes for her new life in prison.

Sabrina, throughout the entirety of the show, struggles between her mortal and witch life. She is forced to decide which side she is, witch or mortal, forever changing her.

 

  • American Vandal

 

    1. American Vandal is a Netflix series about two high schoolers who have a documentary that explores the mysteries behind school crimes. Throughout the series, the boys solve the crimes and free mis-convicted suspects.

 

  • Person of Interest

 

    1. Person of Interest is about a reclusive genius billionaire who develops a super device (known as “The Machine) that has the ability to spy through any mode of technology and predict crimes. The billionaire teams up with an ex-CIA agent to save lives and solve crimes before they happen.
