Students in Mr. Tuffiash’s classes joined Mrs. Hickman to select favorite quotes from books they enjoyed as part of the Collaboration Center’s celebration of Read Across America for 2021.
More students will participate throughout the month and anyone looking for a good book can view the display in the collaboration center through March. In past years, the NEA tied the event alongside Dr. Seuss. Once the contact ended in 2019, they have shifted over towards an emphasis on diverse texts.
