After a few years of disrupted lead-ups to Prom due to COVID restrictions, the senior class hoped to boost excitement by suggesting a few theme days leading up the Prom at PPG Zoo/Aquarium on Friday, May 13th.
With the busyness of prom week and the ending of AP tests at the same time, participation was extremely minimal.
This theme week followed a homecoming theme week and a holiday-break theme week – in addition, with longtime athletics and attendance secretary Mrs. Cahill retiring at the end of the school year, Friday’s have taken on a theme as well, usually led by staff first. An animal print Friday, followed by a tie-dye Friday, and on the Friday of Prom in 2022, neon theme.
