The second year of Student Council’s December Spirit Week featured a well timed PJ day to keep people cozy as the weather turned brisk, an unexpectedly frustrating offer of a grade-wise treat for students, and the second year of a movie showing in the auditorium to end the week.
Student Council had to pivot from the original distribution of treats across three days to a different system, where 9th, 10th and 11th grade homeroom teachers passed out the Welch’s Fruit snacks on Wed, December 21st.
Participation in each theme day was noticeable, especially PJ day on Wednesday, which carried over the flannel theme from Tuesday conveniently for many.
